I been working really hard over the past few weeks on pulling together a package of downloadable hypnotherapy treatments to help those clients who, for whatever reason, can’t come and see me in person.
Which basically means, wherever you are in the world, you can be ‘Russelled’!
But advances in technology mean there is another way of being treated by me – and this time with me right in your own home!
I have been successfully treating clients for some time now, using one-to-one sessions via Skype.
Skype is an internet software application which allows you to make voice calls through your computer. And if you have a webcam you can chat face to face. Calls to other uses of the Skype service are free.
Which obviously means that I can perform a hypnotherapy session no matter where you are in the world. There is no need to travel to the clinic, and when I am out of the country I can still perform a session.
It’s very easy and convenient to use – especially if you are busy but still want that tailored service – and it’s perfect for those who feel more at ease in their own home or familiar surroundings.
And when you think about it, it’s the perfect way to treat someone when they need it the most. Just before an important presentation/exam/interview they’re worried about, just before a flight they’re frightened to board, just before bedtime if you are suffering with insomnia or even while they’re away on holiday and need that extra help.
What do you need to book a Skype session with me?
You will need a fast internet connection
A headset with microphone or speakers on your computer
The Skype software on your computer. It’s really easy to set up. Download Skype here. It will explain to you how to create an account and what the next steps are.
What to expect
The hypnotherapy sessions work exactly the same as sessions I carry out in person – it’s just we’re conducting it over the internet.
Each session or programme will be especially designed for you, but in general you can expect the following:
- To be sitting comfortably throughout
- To be aware and in control at all times
- To be carefully listened to, so as to understand the problem and clarify the outcome that you want
- To learn how to release emotional blocks from your energy system
- To alleviate problems in a safe and comfortable way
- To learn self-help techniques to accelerate your progress
You may live on the other side of the world or simply not have the confidence to leave your home and travel to a clinic. Either way, a Skype session could be the answer for you.
Skype sessions last one and a half hours.
